Not getting any Twitch drops for some reason

I've followed all the instructions and linked my account.

Currently I've been watching GW2 channels on Twitch that have drops enabled for about 1.5hours already (basically since it went Live at 21:00 CET) but I have yet to see any drop that I can claim. There's simply nothing there. 😕

Are other people receiving any drops?

Yeah, that's my problem. I'm watching a Live stream with drops enabled but in my Inventory there are no drops for me to claim at all. I've been watching for 2 hours now but I'm not getting any mention of these Guild Wars drops being in progress. I only see them in "All Campaigns" but they did not transition to my "Inventory" so there's nothing for me to click on. 😕

I think I'll just restart my PC and hope that might clear it up. I have been getting drops for other games/streams but for GW2 it's a no-go atm. 😢

I linked my twitch and GW2 account no problem but like others not one of the items I have hit the claim button on the twitch inventory page have been sent to my account.  I've unlocked all the drops through the Transmutation charges and I'm 92% of the way to the purple eye mask but have received nothing in game yet.  Any idea what to do?

so far i have collected 3 of the drops yet to recieve anything, first drop was farmed hours ago, specificly at release of steam +  drops.

my account is linked to my twitch on the guild wars  2 website and they are marked  as claimed in my twitch inventory  but  yet to  recieve any mail ingame with it.

Not sure  what went wrong but something deffiantly gone wrong, i've collected around 200+ twitch drops throughout the years from rust to emotes to sea of thieves to path of exile and so on, i never  had my drops delayed this much. hopefully it'll be fixed with time or  by tomorrow,  this sadly reminds me of during the prepurchase of EoD which was also delayed with gems up to 3 days .

Same thing happened here, I linked my account and not getting anything from twitch

My husband and I both linked our GW2 accounts to our respective Twitch accounts. He's getting his drops just fine, but I'm not getting mine. I claimed them on Twitch, but they're not showing up in game. I double checked to make sure I'm linked to my accounts on both ends, so that's not it. It's extremely frustrating. I don't know what to do but to not claim any others until this is sorted out. I've claimed the first three, and they just disappeared into the ether.

That's half my day basically wasted.

From the News Blog: 

Participants in our 10th Anniversary Twitch Drops event are intended to receive 2 Heroic Boosters after watching an eligible Guild Wars 2 Twitch livestream for 30 minutes. Due to a bug players are only receiving a single Heroic Booster.

To address this, after the Twitch Drops event has concluded we’ll be sending any player that completed the Heroic Booster watch time requirement two additional boosters via in-game mail for a total of three boosters.

its been 14 hours since first twitch drop was claimed and I still don't see them in mail, and I already claimed all of them, so I don't know if its a bug or super delayed, I have also claimed from other twitch drops, and gotten my items right away, first time with gw2, so I don't know how they handle it or if this is a norm for them

I think I got a Drop, but why hasn’t the item shown up in my game account?
The game developer is responsible for fulfilling the Drop rewards in the game and in some cases, this may take time to process. Please contact the specific game developer directly for any questions. You can do some initial troubleshooting by checking that the item has shown up on your Drops Inventory page and that your game account is linked to the correct Twitch account.

same situation here as most are reporting, linked arenanet and twitch accounts before the drops started, both sides show the connection, also verified they are the correct accounts, earned the first four drops over 12 hours ago, each drop shows that it's  connected to the game account, but nothing has been delivered in-game as of yet...

 

wondering if there could be some restrictions on new accounts, only created the twitch account a few days ago
