LS2.8, PoNR Instance1 Arcana Obscura - instance stalls on last story step 'say your good-byes'

After successfully completing the Instance - including the Achievements "No Culinary Application" and "Distorted reflection" the last Story step is "say your good-bye" - basically: "click through the dialog with Ogden" (who is marked with the "Green Star" 'quest'-marker).

However the sequence you choose the Dialog-options in : the Story Step, hence: the instance, does not complete.

and so neither does "Return To Arcana Obscura"....

I also cannot find the "leave Instance" button, which used to be (above the minimap) in the right bottom corner...?
