RavenBell.2905 Posted August 28, 2022 Share Posted August 28, 2022 This is the second friend that made an account in EU by accident and cannot switch, they don't know if they like the game yet, and they joined through Steam so deleting and making a new account is alot harder :c It's really hard to get people to stay when getting started is so confusing and frustrating! Barring this, PLEASE separate the menu when choosing worlds into EU and NA sections!! It's way too confusing as it is! 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Your friend can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' for assistance. (There's a drop-down menu that gives options for the selection of Worlds: All, EU or America.) Good luck.
