General options standard models bugged in wvw.

When entering wvw from pve or changing maps in wvw I can still see friendly and enemy armors and characters even though I have standard models enabled.

Changing maps, the setting stays enabled but it shows their skins again. I have to disable and reenable.

If someone new loads in after I reenable standard models, their skin shows.

 

This started happening after the restructuring beta.

 

It has persisted through a new hard m.2 drive and fresh windows/game install. Repairing client nor clearing caches fixes it.

So tested this with guildmates, it affects them also.

 

Also it only resets armors and appearances for those in your party squad. So I can see their full toon even though standard models is turned on.

 

This didn't start until after beta wvw week.

Also even though it resets appearances, it doesn't show capes... that one's confusing.
