The question to ask isn't "when", it is "where". And the answer is: In PvE only. Sometimes also in PvP only.

And when looking at the results of balance patches in those game modes, it is probably not the worst thing that they aren't touching WvW.

Harb is one of the main problems in roaming. 

 

You need massive cleansing. Berserker is bad because of weakness. You need tons of stunbreaks. You need teleports to keep up. 

You need to kite it because its damage and sustain is too high to facetank. Doesnt matter of trailblazer, berserker or celestial stuff. Oh and the self healing is stupidly high.

 

Its somewhat like warrior pre power-wvw nerf. Like a pve raid boss.

 

Other problems are teleport spam on mech & celestial in general, but those are minor.

Weaver and ele hasn't ever been fun to fght in any PvP mode.

Celestial catalyst total kittener too. Ele will always be lame class because it's too strong if you abuse healing power, boons, fields, auras and total trash of you play big boy builds.
