[Bug] Necromancer Death Shroud: Dark Path -> Dark Pursuit

Hello.

 

Just leveling Necromancer and came across this bug. Casting Dark Path and hitting a target is supposed to let you cast 'Dark Pursuit' yet this never happens.

Looked it up and seems this bug has gone unfixed since years. Apparently the bug goes away at lv80, though that's not an excuse to leave an obvious bug unfixed.

 

Please get this done, Anet? Should be a small fix, I'd assume. Also confusing for new necro players if one of their skills (which any base necro player has since you have shroud regardless of build) doesn't work as intended until 80.
