Does Forceful Persistance increase condi damage?

Traits are usually clear, "damage increase" means damage increase, and only damage, as opposed to condition damage.If only "damage" is mentioned, then only damage is modified, if only "condition damage" is mentioned, then only condition damage is modified.

For example, Ferocious Aggression states that both damage and condition damage are increased, while Kalla's fervor clearly states condition damage only.
