Does anyone by chance know who the woman is that speaks when you hit listen to complete story on the book called The Legacy

I am a Gw1 player have been since day 1 and this woman knows alot about the FlameSeekers Prophecy I want to see if she has done anything else about the game so I can look it up  this woman knows alot about lore...the achievement is called Lost Lore of Elon Riverlands if you have not got this if your a gw1 fan get it.
