[EU] [Raids] [Strikes] - Looking for new static members Thursday and/or Sunday

Greetings!

I'm Crash and I am the representative and co-leader of two long-time raid statics on European servers, the Syndicate of Corpses and the Disgraceful Anomalies. We have cleared all current raid CM content, and are currently mixing easy raids for rewards with EoD Strikes CM practice. Both groups currently contain a mix of European nationalities, and communicate in English. While the members for the groups are not identical there is still some overlap, and currently both groups are looking for new members. We understand chemistry is a thing, so we ask for a 4-week trial period where we can get to know you, and you can get to know us. Below will be some info on what we are looking for in new members as well as the details on when, where and how.
The people that make up our groups are a varied bunch, but generally laid back and accompanied by inappropriate jokes. We understand that sometimes too much chatting can be distracting even for the experienced members, and are no strangers to having a bad day or just a brain that works a bit differently to most, but our main objective is always to have fun, which occasionally means challenging ourselves with the difficult content.

Who are you?
As most of our members are experienced raid veterans, we expect new members to have at least some experience with raiding or strikes in general, as well as some basic knowledge of builds and gear. We are happy to share our knowledge when people put in the effort, but for now we are looking for people who have a good grasp on most encounters already. We don't expect perfection. We do expect you to stay up to date with our chat and communicate, although we understand a new person may be shy before getting to know us.
Thursday static Background:

The Thursday static used to be a guild-only group, but we are now also looking for members outside the guild. Joining comes with a free optional guild membership!
When: Thursdays 8-10 CET (7-9 UK time) Where: The Doppelgangers Discord
How: Google Spreadsheet to keep track of our 8-week rotating schedule, and an exclusive voice & text channel. Technical requirements: Discord with working microphone and push-to-talk. Decently stable internet connection. The ability to show up on time.
Sunday static Background:
The Sunday static was started between friends as an extra non-guild static. Comes with a free invite into our separate little Discord community where we also play other games together and share food/pet pictures! When: Sundays 8-10 CET (7-9 UK time)
Where: The Nikart Discord
How: Google Spreadsheet to keep track of our 8-week rotating schedule, and an exclusive voice & text channel.
Technical requirements: Discord with working microphone and push-to-talk. Decently stable internet connection. Willingness to adjust and expand roles so people can try new things.
