Problem with positional audio.

I got a new pc (million times better then previous one) and there's audio issues i'm epereincing during dialogue in game with NPCS, unless i'm staring them straight in their eyes the audio is completly muffled and can hardly hear them speak if i'm not facing them, how do i fix this issue? its legit the most annoying thing ever

Ensure your speakers are configured correctly, which you may have to do in multiple places. Control Panel > Sound. Select your playback device and "Configure" it, then check the "Properties" which may have additional options. The sound device may also use its own configuration software, or may have included extra enhancement software - trying to fake surround sound can cause it.

Make sure your OS audio options and in-game Audio Options match your physical audio set-up.
