[Suggestion] Salvageable Uncommon and Rare Sigils/Runes + Toggles

1. The ability to salvage and Vendor Uncommon and Rare Sigils/Runes is gained at level 80.
2. All of those trash sigils and runes you get from salvaging gear become salvageable and are considered Junk items when selling to vendors.
3. Exotic Runes and Sigils must be salvaged or sold manually.
4. Salvaging runes/sigils will yield materials used to create it (or w/e).

The TogglesRune and Sigil Salvaging:

• Runes/Sigils are salvaged along with gear.
• Runes/Sigils must be salvaged manually.
• Runes/Sigils are not salvageable.

Rune/Sigil Vendoring:

• Uncommon and Rare Runes/Sigils are considered Junk.
• Runes/Sigils are sold manually.

Oh yeah some of them could be expensive. What if it just applied to vanilla ones?
