wesly.6497
Many traits can be combined in each and talent trait and this gives the class more choice. let's say like this: Minor Master Corruption Acolyte of Torment + Replenishing Despair Pact of Pain + Abyssal Chill new trait swap legend convert boons to crowd control conditions Retribution Dwarven Battle Training +Versed in Stone and reduce the time in WvW and PVP to 55sec/45 sec in PVE. Close Quarters + Determined Resolution Salvation Serene Rejuvenation remove from Minor Grandmaster trait and just hand these boon to Legendary Centaur Stance utility skills Salvation specialization very big hole in revenant too bound up with support and not how it does not interact if you play a different role. The revenant has an interesting mechanic invoke, make and there will be a trait line for the healer, cleansing from condi. and traits lane to invoke to make a trait reduce the cooldown for switching to 6-7 seconds swap the legend in Salvation specialization. specialization Salvation and at least it will be used at least somewhere, at least wake up variability. Make invoke the main mechanics of the revenant.A Minor master should not focus on one thing, because in Corruption or Salvation variability is lost because you can't combine trait. Song of the Mists should be Minor grandmaster FOR ALL GAME MOD Edited November 3, 2022 by wesly.6497
Warscythes.9307
From gamemode are you talking about? Because Salvation vindicator is the build at the moment for the spec in PvP and that's definitely not a support build. wesly.6497
I speak for pve and others the revenant is very one-sided and there are not many options to build character. Vindicator very broken calculate wrong on sword any nerf or correction and spec disappear in pvp.Well, yes, I scored on the endless dodge Edited October 30, 2022 by wesly.6497

Generally you want the spec to do one thing and one thing only. This by nature greatly limits how most builds came to be. This really isn't a Revenant issue overall. Also why do you think Acolyte of Torment + Replenishing Despair should be combined? Because that would just be a straight up buff and there is literally no reason to take any other trait if you are a dps. How does this make variation better and improve build options in PvE? These 2 are actually fairly distinct traits.
captrowdy.9561
One of the reasons I like rev is build diversity. I’m constantly playing around with builds between all 3 elite specs. This is for wvw pvp and open world pve. For instanced pve I just hop on my harb and press 3 buttons.
wesly.6497
the revenant has a lot of old traits which, even with a strong desire, you will not find application in all game mods because they are weak and useless. if many of them are impoverished, wake up at least something from them, and don't look so op because there are both active and passive applications.
