Why on earth is Brave Stride still a 10 sec CD trait?

The stacks can be mode dependent. WvW, 2 stacks. PvP? 1 stack. WvW needs the stacks more than PvP. PvE can remain at 1 stack. Again, what it needs is to just cover the movement, which with no ICD is right for an Adept trait.

Wasn't there a time, when Greatsword's Rush went straight upwards, instead of forward?

Maybe I'm just misremembering things, because Rush has always been broken in one way or another.
