[EU] Semi-hardcore PvE guild, looking for new members

[EU] Asgardians [AG] is a semi-hardcore PvE guild. We focus on Raiding, Fractal T4s/CMs, and Strikes. This is the perfect place for people who want to do high level content without the stress and pressure of a hardcore environment. We are looking for dedicated players who want to build friendships while enjoying fast smooth clears and occasional training by request. We have no experience requirements and welcome any players, veteran or brand new, who want to play the game at a high level.

Requirements:

- EU Server based

- Age 20+

- English speaking

- Discord voice for group content, mic required.

- Good attitude and enjoy joking around.

- Can take constructive criticism and have open and honest conversations.

- Enjoy doing content at a high level but without the stress of being in a hard core guild.

- To join events: We do have some requirements to join our events. These are pretty simple but they help a lot to make runs go more smoothly. We require people to have meta gear with knowledge of your class rotation/role and cc skills. You must have correct stats on armor, correct sigils, and runes; (exotics are okay to begin with for raiding/strikes). We recommend https://snowcrows.com/ for build info. We also ask people to practice their rotation on the dps golem and have a strong knowledge of their class mechanics/roles; such as what skills to use on each encounter and your basic cc skills. We mostly ask for this rotation practice so people can pay more attention to the mechanics and less to what skills they're pressing. We also ask people to watch a video/read a written guide before joining so you have basic knowledge of the fights and we don't have to explain each and every mechanic but instead spend more time training. We also require people to have at least ley line gliding, and a few mount masteries to participate in the training.

- New to the game or veteran; doesn't matter as long as you're there to learn and improve!

- We do have an activity requirement of at least 1 event per month and/or being active on the discord.

- No rep requirement.

What we offer:

A friendly core group of players who enjoy doing smooth and relaxed runs. We can offer our 10+ years of knowledge and experience with the game. We help teach new players or veterans alike to do most PvE content. We have a lvl 60 guild hall with max gathering nodes and guild buffs to offer. Most of our members are in the CET time zone but we have players from all over the world. We have a large influx of new players to the guild so we currently offer mostly raid training by request between 19:00 and 21:30 CET, Thurs-Sun.

Mon: Wings 1-7 experienced FC at 19:00 CET & Wing 1-4 experienced FC at 20:00 CET

Tues: EoD (including AH & XJ CMs, possibly KO CM), Lion's Court, Dragon Storm and IBS Strikes at 19:00 CET

Wed: Raid CM run at 19:00 CEST [W4, W6, W7, and SH]

Thurs-Sun: other guild activities or trainings (raids, strikes, fotms, any CMs) at 19:00 CET
