Any NPC, any place, any situation.

Your choice.

Make it as hard or as easy as you want.

But it has to do with the map itself.

You're referencing Dry Top, the map break to enter the unused and empty northern half of it, which was later replaced with a seperate map, The Silverwastes.

Am I right? 😄

Ahem, here we go.

"No, you can't keep a devourer as a pet."

And acknowledgement of how obscure this can be, here's a hint. It's in a starter zone 😄

The mission in the Charr area that you need to tame the brood devourers.

Under the wooden bridge.

That's the sentence the adult charr says to the cub.
