I crafted The Minstrel legendary, and I don't see the music bars

I seem to be missing the bars when I draw the Minstel and around my character's arm. I just get the purple background glow for some reason. Is it supposed to be like this?

I found the problem. The effects do not show up while running in DirectX11 mode, which is unfortunate. I switched to DX9 and the effects worked. I hope this will be fixed soon.

The draw effects on legendaries only last for a second or two, and they're often hard to see in the preview window because they mostly occur outside the very narrow space it shows, but you should see it when you equip the legendary.

I'm not sure about the ones around the character's arm, I don't have the Minstrel myself. But I know some skins and effects can overlap or drown each other out. Try it with the gloves hidden and see if you can see it then.

I tried it without anything else equipped, and it's still missing. I took some screenshots in the open world.

It's impossible to miss the effects. I have 6 legendaries equipped, and I don't notice any of the other ones missing any effects, although they could be. Unless there is some setting to change where I can see it with DX11 enabled, I guess I will be stuck like this, which is disappointing because I really like the Minstrel overall.
