Will there be a living world season chapter for ebonhawke rise and founding

At most, it'd just be a fractal probably. Living World is about current events going forward and by the current time that's basically 245 years in the past.

Some of the lore regarding its founding can be found in GW1.

Sadly not really. All the events of Ebonhawke's founding takes place firmly after GW1.

There were original plans for Guild Wars Beyond arcs to include Ebonhawke's founding, but this ended up being scrapped when it was cut short - both the Elona arc and Ebonhawke arc never happened, and the former was never considered when they wrote Path of Fire, according to a reddit comment by Matthew Medina.

Living world chapters tend to be more about things going forward, and rarely cover events that have already happened.

A fractal, maybe, but a chapter of living world covering an event hundreds of years ago in the past?

Why restrict the thought/imagination that way? They did release lws1 remastered... Why not a living world pre searing and post searing season? Also think how starwars prequel came after sequel.. or something like that... Anything can happen. Maybe not it doesn't have much lore... 😛

One can hope

Season 1 still happened in GW2's lifetime, unlike the founding of Ebonhawke. Time shenanigans isn't a thing in lore, and god forbid, let's hope it stays that way.

Well there was like that Charr that was seemingly traveling back in time at random points.

Plus, the scrying pool exists. It’s plausible we could use the scrying pool for another “vision of the past” if we need to learn secrets centered around the founding of Ebonhawke — maybe something to do with the heir of Ascalon or Kryta?

The biggest problem is at this point they've kind of dug themselves into a hole with too much Human-centric content, to the point where the majority of the game now revolves around Humans. Any kind of return to the past would have to be Charr-centric, so it probably wouldn't be what most players are expecting.

Is it really "too much" human content when humans were, by miles, the most widespread and powerful race on Tyria for most of the setting of the franchise?

Especially when you consider that the majority of non-human races were shown to be increadibly tribalistic, with no real developed civilization, and even the Charr, the most developed race besides humans, only have a fraction of the territory humans had at their height?

A return to the past really wouldn't have to be Charr centric at all.

Well the Fractals are the prequals. Taking place before/during the searing and after, Some even before the events of current GW2.
But I would not mind seeing more fractals for Lore rich places in Tyria.
