This is pve/pvp/WvW related

 

shades should be pulsing condi/sec in the area it is summoned, on activation of summon and other shade skills, shouldn't activate additional condi anymore.  Because it is now pulsing/sec the same condi and duration. this area pulsing doesn't increase in stacks or duration for additional shades placed on top.

 

the shroud shade skill has 3 ammunition as cd and increases your weapon skills with additional effects, your weapon skills that are affected by shroud bonus effects can now trigger shroud related traits.

 

barrier scaling should not be affected by healing power or stats, but a plain value that doesn't increase or decrease. Make it this way inbetween enough sustain for survival enough,  but not too much like in support lvl. This is easier fixed with balance patches in case.

 

punishment skills needs to get another look too, actvation of the condis when are available/corrupted shouldn't be. Make the boon corruption additional and condi appliance on activation of the skill.

This way some different condis can be applied and not only torment for rework.
