Deleted an achievement reward tonic, any way to recover it?

Before the novelties tab was available, I did the Retrospective Runaround achievement and got the Endless Skritt burglar tonic.
I deleted the character with it before the adding the novelties tab was available, so the tonic was gone.
Redoing the jumping puzzle doesnt give me the tonic again, since the achievement is done.

 

So, is there a way to get the skritt burglar tonic again?
