If you're going to force LoS on Forced Engagement, force LoS on everything else.

Imo height too for some AoE skills. 

Some skills don't logically make sense to be able to hit something standing on a platform 2 player characters above them, just saying.

It's just to say if a Weaver can superspeed away from me while at the same time stunning with btw not projectile skill.
