Recipes with 2 different quantity ingredients on the wiki

Hello, I was reading Prismatium Ingot wiki page and it says there are 2 recipes (even if they are the same if you click) with different quantity ingredients, does anyone know how to tell the difference? How you choose to craft one instead of the other one since the original recipe is the same?

I thought it could depend if you craft it as an armor crafter or a weapon crafter, but before buying another recipe I would like to unserstand how it works if someone knows, thank you.

You probably have the answer but just in case, always click on the Show base ingredients for all recipes to check the cost of crafting and choose the lowest.
