How is condi alac renegade nowadays? I always saw it being meta in the past, now I see nothing about it, even in snowcrows there is no benchmark anymore.

In fractals its super good since you can go full dps with vipers and thanks to agony resistence if u have enough still have that boon duration for permanent alac, everywhere else its meh probably since better alac dps picks exists

Alacrigade generally has largely been pushed out due to the appearance of better alacrity generators. In 5-man content it's about as good as it ever was, it's just that the competition is so much better than Snowcrows no longer considers it worth updating. 

It's probably still good enough to clear everything short of the harder CM strikes, though.
