Manifest.8417
30 seconds per item is needlessly long, 15 seconds would be far more reasonable
SoftFootpaws.9134
If you think that's bad, when guilds were first implemented items took several days to create. Edited December 26, 2022 by Mariyuuna.6508

Manifest.8417
From the video, I saw no indication of it ever taking days to process items in the Assembly, What year was that an issue?
Cyninja.2954
It's in the wiki: Quote Although the button to Use Resonance still exists in the interface, the April 19th, 2016 update, which reduced the majority of assembly times to 30 seconds, has made this using resonance largely unnecessary. In addition, the update has removed the ability to acquire resonance from the game. The interface will still show unspent resonance for guilds that have it prior to the update. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Assembly_Device It got changed on April 19th, 2016. Your video is post change. Edited December 26, 2022 by Cyninja.2954
Manifest.8417
Anyway, my point is, is that 30 seconds (as opposed to 15 seconds or less) is really a needless waste of time (especially when it adds up from lots of items) when It could be spent playing the game. Honestly why do we even need to process Decorations at all? Edited December 26, 2022 by Manifest.8417
Khisanth.2948
If by reduce you mean completely get rid of it from the process. YES! Anything else is a waste of time.
Randulf.7614
5 seconds would be enough. It would still give that brief feeling of making something without the lengthy tedium the current process uses.

You already clicked a bunch of buttons to make the thing why do you need to click yet more buttons again in a different UI to feel like making something?
