I been trying do this one foe over 4 hours and I have not seen the champion spawn at all is buged or I am just missing it because wiki dose have any info on there spawn times so dose anyone have any idea what up with this.

What Inculpatus cedo said. This is part of event quest chain that starts in different area. The champion spawns with the 2nd part of this chain: "Defeat the Purist champion".

That pre-event never show up as well

AFAIK the pre won't spawn during the meta either. Aside from all those issues there are multiple spawn locations for the different champions spread around.

THIS is freaking stupid that I have wasted two days looking to see if the per event and the champion spawn why dose every thing else spawn like clock work like I said this getting dumm ......     Now I know this Buged not a damm thing why

yes finally got it done did alittle more reading but done now

I knew I saw the pre-event pop-up just recently while in the area but did not bother with it. After seeing this thread, decided to camp the area after doing Blackout meta. And it pop up after 5 minutes. Messaged OP to join me and helped him do both events to get the achievement. But he attributed it to "did a little more reading" instead.😢

True that and I certainly don't need my name to be mentioned.

Just thought it odd and funny the person didn't say someone located the event and helped.
