Superiority complex against defiant foes?

Last patch made alot of the traits that work against cc'd enemies also aply against defiant foes but i dont recall superiority complex getting this same treatment. Am i blind or they didnt do it for this trait, if so why?

Because it works on crits and when they are below 50% hp.

But it doesnt above 50% on bosses even if you are ccing them which makes half the trait not apply.

Another change that is left out for the mesmer due to some unknown reason I suppose.

This is really becoming a gross habit of the balance team.

Is 3/4 of the trait not enough for you? You know it doesn't 100% work on someone with stacks of stab either. It also doesn't work on stuff that cannot be crit either, maybe they should give it a free pass for those things as well? Similar traits are only 20% damage when below 50% health, period. Its a generous trait as is.

There are traits that are a lot worse than superiority complex.

If the boss in a strike or a raid has stab then sure i dont see an issue.
