For that to happen, anet would first have to show the teeny tiniest interest in doing anything balance wise with under water content.

I'd like to have an underwater sPvP map.

When something absolutely terrible like Skyhammer is allowed in ranked, there is no reason not to have an underwater map or Spirit Watch in ranked as well.

While we are at it, I'd also like the have the old Coliseum, without all the unnecessary boxes littered everywhere, to return.

If they did something like that few years back it might have made the game a little bit better now.
