Can't enter Scarlet's Lair below the Priory for bottle of anguish for Coalescence

I simply get a dialogue box saying "This door resists all attempts to open it."

 

With a response, "This must be some Priory secret. I'll leave it alone".

 

Have completed S1, but I currently have no active story. Hope this can be fixed soon

Activate the story with scarlets playhouse instance and use the purple star?

You can only enter if you have the story active, not just if you're completed it. You can reactivate the story to play it for achievments, which will show purple stars where the green star story missions were.

You used to be able to enter it whenever you wanted.

 

I just restarted that story chapter, and I still cannot gain access. No purple stars to be seen. Not interested in playing through basically an entire episode just for this bottle.

Btw there is no reason why one should play a story chapter to take something not related with it, if in the past it was free access at least i would like to see it free again if you have the collection active, one should be free to play a story when he wants not just because of a collection not related with it
