I wonder if a certain person, who complained about engi ruining pvp, is happy now?

I will say that and Spellbreaker are pretty kitten at the moment. It's so hard to deal with, with anything other than another one of the same class. 

Both Elites can really shut down any playstyle you are going for. It's hard to counter play a counter to projectile reflects or tones of CC.

remove the resistance from war and it will be gone

Just use a Cata... or two.  I mean your team has a minimum of 4 of them 🙂

stun and daze aren't affected by resistance. 

resistance stops:

 

*blind

*chill

*cripple

*immobilize

*taunt

*fear

*slow

*weakness

*vulnerability 

 

Daze, stun, and damaging conditions like torment, poison, burning and confusion still apply.

Huh... sorry the info about all non damaging condi's above threw me to thinking that would mean daze and stun.

Daze and stuns are not conditions. 

Everything that is cleansable is a condition.

Dazu and stun are crowdcontrolls. More precisely the game handles both of these as "stuns". They both ate affected by -stunduration, but resistance does not affect them at all.
