You do realize that all endurance regen traits/abilities vindi has have been nerfed to the point where their combined effect is worse than various singular traits that grant a bit of vigor. Vindi has a fairly average amount of dodges, you just notice it more because of the distinct animation.

If you're fiending at one particular ability on a class, try playing that class and learn its counterplay. Not saying imbalance doesn't exist - Vindicator IS overtuned right now. ANet is just nerfing damage numbers on 2/14 because laziness, but it's really having 3 utility bars at once causing underlying balance issues.
