Zuko.7132
The trait is supposed to add 5% crit chance while you have fury, but does 10% in PvP making fury give 30% crit chance. Fyi, baseline fury is 25% in pve and 20% in pvp. Despite this bug making Arms better than it should be, the trait line is still garbage. Moral of the story, buff Arms. 5

I really hope not though. 1

Vancho.8750
The damage multipliers are iffy in the traitline for PVP to say and the traitline does not have sustain options, so even on a condi build is still better to take tactics or defense, there isn't much escape from discipline if you want adrenaline and do bursts. The only spec that can get away efficiently from discipline is Bladesworn but it is not condi and even if you take it as power damage multiplier you would take the other traitlines that give sustain and some damage over Arms. One simple change can tip it over though, Signet passives continue to work even if the signet is used, this way they don't have to change much of the traits in arms to give sustain to the traitline and it can be balanced easier since you have to lock yourself to signets to get the sustain. They're doing it more and more when they touch the trait lines hosting said traits. My money is on warrior getting it last though. This would be a great change though.
