Finished Living World 4, BUT cannot move into Skyscales missions.

I completed ALL of Living World Season 4, BUT I did not get the email to "Find Gorrik (Come Quick)" in Skyscales Eyrie. Consequently, I cannot begin the skyscale mission(s). When I look at "Newborn Skyscales"  mission, it is locked. Can you please help me overcome this barrier so I may continue. I have screenshots of the Living World Season 4 showing completion and a screen shot showing the Newborn Skyscale mission that is locked.  BUT I cannot drag and drop these into this forum email.  Hope you can assist me get the mail from Gorrik.

if you got alot of stuff in your mail box then remove some old green star mails, also pick up anything you have in the trading post box since that can interfere aswell

You should get the mail from Gorrik after two hours has passed. Some guides also mention going to Lion's Arch to recieve the mail.

I have no old mail to clog up my mailbox.

I went to LA and still did not receive my mail from Gorrik.

did you happen to skip the epilogue by chance? the prerequisite is the achievement, "heart to heart", which is awarded after the primary dialogue in the epilogue instance is over.

Have you finished path of fire? it has to be completed to unlock skyscale if I remember right
