Fahl missing and cant start "Fend off the leviathan"

I am beating my head into a wall trying to obtain the last collection item for the "suiting up" siege turtle. I have checked Seitung Province or New Kaineng City the last three nights that i have played and Fahl is missing from both maps. How can I start this event?

You join one of the many leviatian farms out there and get it?

It's best you check the LFG and participate in an organized group event -- the Leviathan can't be solo'd.

It’s regularly done in large groups on the EU lfg. Join one of those is your best bet.

Its an event, its not always active. You can check Seitung and Kaineng lfg for levi farms. You will have a hard time soloing it (maybe impossible).
