Some show all previously unlocked save 1 Episode; some show all Episodes locked and everything in-between. This only occurs on my alt account which has not unlocked End of Dragons, but owns Path of Fire and Heart of Thorns. This account unlocked the Episodes during 'Return to...' On my main account, that has all 3 expansions unlocked, there is no issue. This account unlocked the Episodes by logging in when they were live.
