Stat selectable gear | no ritualist to be found (nor dragon's)

So I have just spent some Magnetite Shards to buy an Ascended (malicious) ring in order to be able to select Ritualist stats.

Well... you can't select Ritualist.

Looks like you are using an item that has limited stats to choose from.

I can pick Ritualist's and Dragon's in gear that has access to all stats, such as the backpiece Relic of Lyssa (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Relic_of_Lyssa). I can provide a screenshot if needed.

 

Edit: it may be that these two attribute combinations could be added to the right type of raid gear (e.g., "Assaulter's" may get Dragon's, perhaps "Healer's" items for Ritualist's), or it those items may stay as they are currently and not get these two options.

Yeah, I also understand why it is the way it is.

This part of the update didn’t make it to the build. We’re fixing that in two weeks, and you’ll then be able to select the Dragon and Ritualist attribute combination in Raid and Fractal weapons. So, hold on to your ascended ring for a little bit longer!

We appreciate that you are working on it, but why was this not communicated? Can't we just have transparency about what features are advertised that did not end up getting implemented?

Just curious why this is being limited to only Raid and Fractals.  Shouldn't these stats be available on any stat selectable ascended?

They are already available on other stat-selectables too, but some raid- and fractal-equipment was forgotten in the first patch. That's what the post you quoted meant.
