  1. 1. I believe the skill Hundred Blade is very unuseful in many situations and it's damage potential is wasted beside hitting a stationary target meanwhile it only attacks in front and puts warrior on stationary situation so i want to request Anet to give Hundred blade a new animation where we can move while casting and for it to do 360° attack.

    • Yes, having a new animation on that skill would be very helpful. Maybe a spin-to-win like Guardian's or a big slam in ground. Moving is important.

    • Yes, having a new animation on that skill would be very helpful but it does't have to be a spin attack, a big cone shaped attack infront would be good. It's fine being stationary, just a rang of 400 - 600 should do it.

    • No...It's fine the way it is.

Would say reduce the Cast time is Just all we need to have Here

even if the cast time was reduced to 1.5sec... it would still miss almost all it's damage if we can't move cause, range is melee and moving target will bearly take any damage as the skill will still miss 80% - 50% of it's damage.

In PVP, player can easily stun-break and go away.

Vote option 1 & 2 seems very popular, Vote 2 has the highest majority. Seems most majority want an big range forward attack with big cone shape (around 120° - 100°?) on 400- 600 range.

Seems players can still dodge and get away from it anytime they want when they stun-break but Option 2 will surely give Hundred Blade a good chance to land all it's hits if used correctly in time/situation.

The self root being removed and the cast time decreased is the best solution to it, but realistically unless it is an animation that they can copy from elsewhere (Catalyst Hammer anyone?) then the best we can get is a reduced cast time. 2s would work. 1.5s after quickness and a CC will just get warrior nerfed despite being similar to the cheese that other professions can do damage wise.

A new animation would be nice but what about:

Hitting with hundred blades strikes gives you a stacking damage modifier token of 1% per strike for 10 seconds, up to 10. Gaining that token refreshes the duration of all stacks.

Hitting with all 8 of the quick strikes makes the 9th strike a flipover skill that hits for increased damage, similar to vindicators true strike.

both easy to implement, no anim change needed, makes pressing the button worth it.

Is that 1 stack gained per enemy hit? Also why only 1% and not 1.5% or even 2%? If we're staying with the same animation and cast time I'd ere on the higher percentage, but if the cast time were dropped I'd go with the lower percentage.

Per enemy hit yes, and largely 1% because if you tap someone with hundred blades before the 10 seconds are up the stacks all get refreshed. 2% would be a persistent 20% damage modifier assuming someone gets tapped by any strike of HB within those 10 seconds of the last strike, and we kinda have a lot of modifiers, so was erring on the side of modesty.

May I suggest 1% in PvP, and 2% in WvW/PvE then? WvW has foes running Trailblazer and Celestial to deal with and PvE Power GS could use the love.

this skill will only be usefull is if the moment u hit atlist 3 times in a target a vacuum will consume/hit  atlist 5 target in the said range

Nah, not vaccum. Just reworking the skill is enough. The whole reason greatsword feel clunky and lackluster is cause of rooted hundered blade on 3sec frontal small cone size AOE dmg.
