Unable to Stunbreak in random situations - WvW

Recently I have been unable to stunbreak out of certain control effects, it seems to be an interaction with knockdown/float.

The entire skillbar goes on a daze like cooldown where all your weapon/utility skills are on that 3-secondish cooldown but it seems to be affecting stunbreaks as well.

The interaction also sometimes seems to occur when you have been lanced off of your mount, but only sometimes.

I will try to make a video of this happening as I have turned on instant replay recording, but if anyone else has had this happen please post a video of your own.

Edit: It has been suggested that I possibly walked in a Guard staff 5 or a DH Longbow 5 but it has occurred in 1v1/1vX situations where those "wall type" skills could not be present.
