TinLizzie.7308
I'd love a way to selectively turn on or off the daggers floating above my head. And the glowing stamp on the ground with different parts that light up depending on which skills I've activated. Please! Choosing an elite spec should not be forcing me to play with even more visual pollution and distraction that I cannot dial-down or get away from. There are specs I've tried and have chosen to avoid playing solely because the passive visual effect of the spec becomes aggravating once the novelty of the spec wears off. And since those effects impact my character's appearance, I'm finding that they're a negative in regards to my fashion wars playthrough. 15
Gibson.4036
Holoforge also puts out so much light it can be hard to see what’s going on apart from those skills. 6
Fueki.4753
I'm definitely in favour of this kind of option and asked multiple times for similar things myself. Being forced to endure the floating particle vomit at all times is the singular reason why I don't play Virtuoso. I enjoyed Virtuoso in its first beta, before they put the unavoidable passive Blade generation on it. In that beta, I simply spent the remaining Blades after combat and got rid of the particle vomit. Sadly, that doesn't work anymore. Edited March 12 by Fueki.4753
Reborn.1738
It's coming along with the "reduce other's combat effects" option... any day now... Serious though would love this. Having 5 purple daggers above my Virtuoso's head all the time gets old. An "only show in combat" toggle would be appreciated.

PolarBear.3961
Wow has this cool option to disable all the visual effects of other players. That would be nice to have aswell so i can actually see where i stand in a giant blob of blinding colorful supernova explosions xD 6
Orion Templar.4589
The Herald ground effects and the Soulbeast merged vines/leaves are the ones that bother me the most. I would really love a way to disable those. Even if they were in combat only that would be a step in the right direction. 2
Infinity.2876
Who heartedly agree with op. I also want passive effects for each of the skills like Distracting Daggers (Can be disabled of course) Edited March 12 by Infinity.2876

I also posted about this years ago when they released soulbeast, sadly it just fell on deaf ears, I do not think Anet care, since every expac we just get more and more aura's on elite specs (looking at you Untamed).
