The current and historical state of war in pvp. Can we fix this? What's needed?

I think a big issue is mobility and staying on the target. A start would be Warrior's Sprint granting 33% movespeed and swiftness being twice as effective. That's a lot of bloat for one trait though, so ideally fast hands would be baseline and the new minor would be gain swift on weaponswap for 2.5 secs, swiftness is twice as effective. Rush could also use an animation change to be like phantom onslaught.

If arcing slice had a 240 radius, that would also be huge.

@Zuko.7132Burst mastery should give 10% dmg increase to all burst skills warrior's sprint if u have swiftness should give 5% dmg increase and in addition to swiftness burst mastery should also give like  1 sec of superspeed.

I agree with rush change however I'd like to see it being more of like AoE engage tool rather than one man thing - would be fine if it worked similarly to whirlwind attack but instead of evade it'd be like a quick slice thing - something like DT2

And stop making fast hands to become baseline... It really won't make dat much difference and it prob will get warr nerfed instead...

I'd also add daggers "leaps that aren't leaps" thingies to this list because they also need a proper overhaul

HahHahaha been literally saying this since 2013

Nothing changes, bladesworn is just another spellbreaker that uses the same gimmick of spamming unblockable cc on point and land damage, but more adapted to current state of game power creep

You have to acknowledge what is required to make other roles.

Roamer obviously need teleport/stealth, you can not build a roamer without neither. Roamers with these will always out rotate/beat you in any scenario.

Support, you need to at least have an aoe projectile block to be a support, that's literally the minimum for a acceptable support right now.

You also need on demand stab/aegis to cover your rez skill.

Team fighter, you need to at least be less vulnerable to weakness/blind spam and your damage shouldn't force you to walk on a trillion aoes.

 

Yea now you can try to fix it.

Side noder is the only thing that allows warrior play cuz it got no requirement, just not die and kill enemy

 

Just a reminder: spellbreaker is completely hot trash now in this meta

@felix.2386 wouldn't say its hot Trash since its somewhat playable still (Just by sweap from divinity Rune to Rune of hoelbrack) but its Just in a weaker spot indeed rn thx to other classes Specs fart Out boons and conditions Like nothingness (this or they simply Just gain tons more DMG than warr could Deal to enemys)

playable in ranked, hot trash in competitive games like mAT against actual real comp with meta builds.

warrior has once again gone to a damage sponge in pvp.

spellbreaker gone to garbage, no one plays it even in ranked, cuz no sustain. full counter never touches/cc anyone at all.

berserker was a nice attempt, but end up very meh in the end with all the other mid range specs being miles better.

bladesworn the only playable specs in pvp, due to big sustain damage sponge in resident sleeper 1v1, yet still get wrecked in mAT.

why this situation feels so familiar.

like warrior needs to start doing something else for 10 years now, you can't just make it deal too much damage, or too much passive sustain...like seriously...it needs skill range update, utility update and mobility update, like for real..savage leap -10 second cooldown was nice, but still far from enough...imagine a -10 second cd on any class else, this class is far from complete.

why can't warrior actually have an elite spec that actually does different things than what warrior already does? 3 fkn specs are all side noder, are u kidding me, sure it's finally not one spec side noder anymore, but eventually they will cannibalize each other sooner or later.
