Cjam.8634
Hey all, Hopefully this is the right location for this post I havent played GW2 since 2018 (sometime around middle of PoF I quit the game) I am considering coming back to the game and bringing 2 of my brothers with me, just wanted to get some information (that i cant seem to find via google) 1) If we buy the latest expansion to come out later this year, Secrets of the Obscure, do we get access to all the previous expansions? 2) What pre-made group content is there? Last thing I did before quitting was sPvP and if i remember correctly, you could not do pre-mades. (pre mades were only for fractals, raids, WvW, open world correct me if im wrong here) Look forward to hearing from the community and thanks in advance!
Randulf.7614
1) No, you need to buy a bundle. The expac sale might still be on 2) Not entirely sure what you are asking here. All content is pre-made.. Do you mean using a private group?
Endaris.1452
Ranked sPvP can only be done in duos but there are automated tournaments where you can go in as a full premade team. Not sure how it works for unranked.

I believe OP is asking what content supports pre-made groups and accidentally a word in their question.
RavensSorrow.6128
1) No the expansions are separate purchases. 2) There is some new content. Dungeons/Fractals (5player) Raids (10player) and now Strikes (10 player). Strikes are single boss encounters. Somewhere between 5 player stuff and Raids. Some of these things even have challenge modes. Raids also got an Enbolded mode which can empower players to take down bosses easier. From the wiki "Each week the Emboldened effect becomes active in a single raid wing, effectively reducing the difficulty of each encounter by negating the heavy reliance on damage and healing. This gives players the chance to familiarize themselves with each boss's mechanics." There is also 50 man plublic instanced events. You can take a 10+ squad into these privately as well. For pvp I'll defer to others as I don't do much myself. Hope that helps.

You can only premade as 5 in PvP at unraked or at Automated Tourmanents, in ranking modes the max amount of tagged players is 2.
Cjam.8634
Thank you all for the responses! Let me try to clarify a bit more on the SPvP: If me and my 2 brother wanted to do sPvP (ranked unranked not sure yet lets assume both) can we put our selves into a queue and being randomly matched with 2 other people? As far as expansions go, yes I see the bundle is still on going for the latest expansion, so we would need to purchase one of the bundles then also buy the newest expansion coming soon, understood on that end. As for me personally, would it be wise for me to purchase a bundle when I already have PoF? (i think im missing a lot of the living story though)

phaserBanks.7386
Since you already have PoF, you only have to purchase the expansions you don't have. Once you have those, everything else will be available to you including the Living World seasons.
