Wizards vault - items show as sold out without buying them [Merged]

Hi, 

I have bought the Sanctified shoulders and boots, and the gloves now show as sold out too (see the screenshot, gloves not unlocked). I am pretty sure this should not be happening.

Seems like if you buy either the Boots or the Gloves, it says the other is then sold out. I found the same issue.

Likewise, I bought the Boots and got locked out from buying the Gloves, a guildie experienced the same issue as well.

Yep, same issue here. Bought the gloves and it locked me out from the boots

Same here, bought the boots and the gloves are sold out. I checked my wardrobe to make sure I didn't have the gloves unlocked and nope, still locked.

I bought the shoulder and gloves and now the boots are showing as sold out for me.

Sorry about that everyone, that is not intended and we're working on a fix for it! I've added it to our known issues list.

After buying the Sanctified Shoulder and Boots Skins in the Wizard's Vault, the Sanctified Gloves Skin are also marked as "Sold Out!". I'm not sure which of the 2 purchases messed up the gloves skin's availability because I only noticed the problem after I'd bought both shoulders and boots
