DLC doesn't appear in my game after purchase

how can this happen?the dlc doesn't appear in my game,but appear in my library.... but my steam wallet already dedducted,Help plz....

use code you got after buying dlc, it schold be displayed on page you bought dlc

if you missed it check your email

how? there is no code at my email reciept,there is no cd-key option too in steam...
