Help with mastery achievmenets

Does someone know what to do for "Fractal Push" achievment in Soto Act2   and where the Hide and Seek Game is in Wizards Tower?   You would save my day. Can offer help with most of the other Mastery point related stuff as i am already on 505/514.

Hide and Seek was a game played with Skyscale in PoF... maybe is related? Just an off the cuff thing and is probably not correct.

There’s also the hide and seek games in Arborstone and the fortress in Grothmar Valley. Is there a child somewhere in the tower that might trigger it?

Fractal push is one of two mastery achievements that requires you to do a story step more than once.  For this one you need to successfully complete the map meta.  Do not participate in the pre-events with the essences as those progress the bar and will complete it but not count towards this achievement.  It's a poorly designed achievement because of that.
