Husband Wife Accounts

Husband paid for both his and my accounts for the new expansion.   Arena Net informed my husband that only one account can use his debit.   So he is SOL and says he will delete gw2.   Where are some of these people from?  I understand rules but come on.

It isn't clear what the issue is here.  I have two accounts and paid for the expansion with the same card.

Your husband needs to update/create a ticket and discuss the issue with the CS Team/ask to have the ticket escalated to a Senior Team Member.

I also have had two accounts for years.  I have mostly ever used only one debit card for gems and expansion purchases.  Definitely pursue this with CS.

In general the reason they would do this is to mitigate chargeback fraud.  But just use Paypal for 2nd account. You can even fund it with the same card as long as it comes from the PP account. Or you can open a support ticket if you didn't already to explain. Or "delete" the game?
