NOW WITH PICTURES!!!! Infernal Envoy Outfit Has Full Neon face on Sylvari race characters.

Recommended Posts

Even with default colors the face is way lighter/brighter. Using tones of whites or reds results in a bright neon face that does not match skin tone. I think this is caused by Sylvari having the luminescent effect during the night. But this color bug is active all the time and looks really bad.

Here are the pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a side note, it seems the backpiece is is bugged too.

These items are both amazing, and the art department devs deserve for them to be displaying as intended.

I just got the outfit and noticed this. evoking much sadness upon me. Doesn't matter what I do to the game settings or what area I'm in or what dyes I use, no infusions (Jormag eye and SAB all I have and neither effect it); the face remains much lighter in-game and doesn't reflex what's in preview and UI menus.

(Human Male)

Looks okay in previews and Character Selection but it doesn't match in-world.

What are your shaders/shadows settings?  I keep mine on low due to WvW performance and haven't seen this on my sylvari.

I play on Medium and postprocessing off but the face is still always lighter on low/high. Can't obtain same look the UI preview shows in-game. I have Cantha face if that helps. My Sylvari has a base game face and has issue too.

Here's pic with max shadows, max post processing, max shaders but that shouldn't matter honestly. Sylvari lookin like Alien Joker XD

@Chaba.5410 If you turn all graphic settings down to the lowest they can possibly go, I'm sure there are lots of things you don't see.

Good thing I don't turn them all down to the lowest then, just the shaders and shadows because those settings increase GPU usage, can lower frame rates, and some shadows are outright bugged and make things look terrible.

The back end on female (maybe male) Norn, there's a big hole in there in the hair and the hair tails at the front are bugged where the tips bend, and I notice on my female human the hands texture bugs, clips with certain hand movements. But the big hole at the back of the head is the worst offender. It triggers trypophobia
