Send the employees to take a class on effective communication. Especially classes Anet leadership.

It's complicated, I understand your intent and agree communication needs to improve. But that doesn't mean employees don't have instructions to say nothing else risk issues. So go with your first part and ask leadership for info instead. Again agree on intent, but don't call out their own player base as a lot of the employees also play and want to have fun with all of us, just be mindful they may have less options to comment, especially here on a company managed site. We want ANet and NCSoft talking, if you have never interacted with entertainment companies you have no idea on how many lawyers are between point A and B, let alone to point G. It's really kind of crazy, but it is there. So forgive the devs and look more to the peeps that are in charge of comms, and if you find a dev on your server, dance with them and give them a battle buddy but don't press them on things that they may not be able to address. Most employees have restrictions based on their own companies policies and legal requirements, take an ANet dev as showing they also play the game they develop and send them a wave, grumping at them for things outside of their control is like someone coming into your house and complaining your internet is terrible though you have no control over the  infrastructure and why don't you have more options to other types of services.

It's ok, I posted this in the WvW forum, we can be certain Anet will never see it. 🤙

This is a cool post. Also very true. I see anet devs playing once in awhile. Once in the HOTM and once during a meta event a couple weeks ago. When the dev was in the HOTM every1 just stood in a circle and /saluted. Really cool to see their guild tag in game.  Honestly wish theyd do it way more often and in larger numbers.

why are you attacking the devs? isn't it obvious that ANET doesn't want to spend money and time on pvp and wvw?

A couple of considerations here. The WWW player is often also a PVE player. The WWW player spends the money like the PVE player. The WWW player is well aware of what you wrote, so much so that he just asks for a new map, not a whole new world in Soto style. It often asks for some correction to the management parameters ''server status'' rather than on the ''transfers''. That's all. I don't think it's really that complicated for anet.

The feeling is that of not wanting to ponder / evaluate what it could do for this mode, in a simple way, rather than being stuffed with such complicated work as alliances and wr. At least that's my impression.

Sometimes taking a step back to reconsider an alternative, simpler, faster and perhaps more profitable route does not prove anything wrong. In fact, it just proves that you are using your intellect. People who never change their minds, because "they are always right" are usually the worst, and will hardly be able to improve themselves.✌️

what attacks on devs? Devs are not the only ones working at a company. Also, what does Leadership has anything to do with Devs?

You are correct about Anet not wanting to invest in WvW and PvP

"Leadership is not a position or a title, it is action and example"
