There is no incentive to win for as long as wins are not goverened by performance and rather by who has the most players or best coverage in a game mode that was designed to be relatively equal (server caps, map caps etc.) and a type of content (RvR) that always need systems to mitigate coverage issues and tend to have so in other games with RvR modes- or content.
