Changes to Warrior I'd Make For Next Patch. (PvP)

This is just a few, but basic changes in response to the meta and where warriors need to be. Obviously lots and lots more changes than this are needed.

 

- BSW Unshakable mountain nerf from 800 to 665. Blades are still a bit too tanky and annoying to fight even as another Warrior.

- BSW Triggerguard, removing the aegis and putting 1 1/2 seconds of Stability. We don't need this much aegis spam, we need reliable Dragon Slashes when they need to count. This will let them be brawlers and more usable in team fights. Just a reminder that both zerker and spb have stability in their kit, so the fact that bsw doesn't is strange.

-SPB Featherfoot Grace CD reduced from 30 seconds to 25 seconds, and given 5 seconds of Resolution. This skill still isn't competing with Shake it Off, and SPB has fallen out of favor. This would help nudge it back slightly.

-Strength Might Makes right buffed from 85 to 95 hp per stack of might. This would encourage SPB's to go back to Strength and help it get out of the shadow of Defense. It would also take away some of the nerf pains from BSW's sustain nerf without bringing it back to busted never dying status.

-Frenzy CD reduced from 35 seconds to 30. This would give more options to all types of "strength type" warriors.

-SBP offhand dagger, increasing Bladestorm damage very slightly and adding 2 seconds of superspeed. This would make this a more tempting pick for SPB's.

-Berzerker, Dead or Alive traitline now enables "Lesser Blood Reckoning" which is still 3 seconds but 25% dmg to heal instead of 33%. Overall a slight nerf to sustain.

-A relic of akeem slight nerf would also pull condi Berzerker back a bit.

All they need to do is bring WvW and PvP skull grinder confusions stacks down from 5 to 4, problem basically fixed as it would remove the instant proc. Bring them in line with PvE and add a stack of bleeding to compensate if really necessary.

Move that stack to pommel bash, or increase the confusion duration so that back to back skullgrinders will proc the relic. We want the relic to still be useful, just not a one bottom press for uber sustain+damage.
