Trying hard isn't a bad thing, and failing while doing so isn't either. FREE TROPHIES ARE BAD, VERY VERY BAD...a shame...

You need to try hard, but also learn from mistakes. The ones that call you dumb, and the team dumb, they have no discipline in being a respectful person. There are those that say that respect is earned, but does that mean be disrespectful to anyone who hasn't earned your respect? Makes no sense. Play, have fun, but try hard in competitive.

And be respectful. Respect is a currency. Trade it, give it, and get it in return. Respect is a street, it goes both ways.

Managing toxicity when designing games

"Game designers must balance the need for a welcoming and positive gaming environment with respecting players' freedom of expression and ensuring fairness in their gaming experiences. By fostering a community that actively discourages toxicity and encourages positive interactions, gaming designers can create a more enjoyable and inclusive environment for all players."

When the game design promotes Toxicity; Respect is hardly recognized, earned and appreciated
