Naozomi.1086
I'm not sure where to start... It has been basically impossible to stream, or even play, Guild Wars 2. The last time I was able to was September 25th. I tried again on October 20th, the game crashed when I tried to go to Ascent to Madness. On October 23rd it crashed near the bank in LA after only streaming it for like 2 minutes, Idk if I was even able to move my character before it crashed. When it crashed I tried another and I got a BSoD in like 2 or 3 minutes in LA around near Mad King Says. I have gotten game crashes, OBS crashes, VSeeFace crashes, VNyan crashes, and BSoDs. I got, I believe, 1 BSoD on October 31st during Cult of The Lamb in the many many hours I streamed. I was able to stream FNAF Security breach fine on October 22nd. For some reason Guild Wars 2 just is insanely crashy for me now. oldest crash to newest crash https://pastebin.com/gJLkgA4H 2023-10-23T05:43:05Z 2023-10-23T01:43:05-04:00 https://pastebin.com/QE3ee88Q 2023-11-04T05:43:35Z 2023-11-04T01:43:35-04:00 https://pastebin.com/agSN04pF 2023-11-04T05:50:23Z 2023-11-04T01:50:23-04:00 https://pastebin.com/YEALDB2f 2023-11-04T06:36:52Z 2023-11-04T02:36:52-04:00 https://pastebin.com/5NmCKyVj 2023-11-04T07:36:08Z 2023-11-04T03:36:08-04:00 https://pastebin.com/UwdiehGq 2023-11-04T13:59:04Z 2023-11-04T09:59:04-04:00 I have tried rolling back my GPU driver, updating my GPU driver, memtest86, sfc/ scannow , dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, the Guild Wars 2 repair tool (twice) , and disabling my antivirus and firewalls. The BSoDs have been: 11/4/2023 4:15:49 AM SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+3fd640 11/4/2023 2:48:46 AM DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL 0x000000d1 Ndu.sys Ndu.sys+6c5a 11/1/2023 4:16:41 AM 0x00000139 ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+3fd640 10/23/2023 1:50:37 AM KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED Wdf01000.sys Wdf01000.sys+265f4 10/23/2023 1:07:11 AM SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x0000003b ntoskrnl.exe ntoskrnl.exe+3fd640 If you want to see the areas the crashes happen or what was going on at the time feel free to use my channels for any more information too. https://www.youtube.com/@naozomiK https://www.twitch.tv/naozomi Please help! 🙏
Chaba.5410
Need information about your specific system hardware. BSODs are a system instability issue. You aren't using any overclocking, are you? Edited November 4, 2023 by Chaba.5410
Inculpatus cedo.9234
There seems to be quite a few third-party apps running.... Try removing/disabling them. Good luck.

I suspect he's referring to the OBS, VSeeFace, etc. apps. Without a game crash log, can't see what's really running alongside GW2. To me it looks like the combination of streaming with GW2 is triggering an instability in the underlying system that doesn't get exposed under other, less demanding applications. The variability in the BSOD messages looks like the type of "random error generator" you can turn any system in to when overclocking some piece of hardware or having bugs in the BIOS firmware. The BSOD messages all reference some underlying Windows subcomponent driver, even a wifi/networking one. Not one singular thing is implicated in those errors - just like how the generic Windows c0000005 error could be anything. I watched a few of her VODs and you can see what looks like some frame skipping when running GW2. Probably has all the graphics settings turned up on top of the stream's 3d avatar generation and encoding of the stream itself. That can put quite a lot of demand on the CPU/GPU/RAM subsystems. Edit: Additionally, Sept. 25/26 also saw a Windows patch (w11 22h2 preview) in addition to GW2. Nvidia GPU update was 9/21. Not sure about Radeon. It's difficult to assist in troubleshooting without more system spec information. Edited November 4, 2023 by Chaba.5410
