'The Cost of Victory' Achievement

Hey all, Am I missing something here? Completed the Story before any expansions came out (from memory) and I don't have any story missions after 'The Battle of Fort Trinity'.

Any help is appreciated as I'm trying to get all Mastery Points.

I think something went awry when they reworked the personal story in the past (one of the reasons why they are unlikely to touch anything that depends on those story steps in the future). You may need to replay the story on another character to get the achievement.
